Correct weed identification is an important first step in the development of an effective weed management program. This is an in-depth class, using a classroom presentation, potted weed herbarium and weed walk to help participants enhance their grassy weed identification skills. Feel free to bring a weed or two to identify. Workshop held rain or shine (lunch not provided). Broadleaf Weed Identification will be offered next in 2016. Cost $95/person (preregistration required, space is limited).

Five pesticide contact hours for categories 36, 37, 40, and Applicators License available.

Association credits: 1/2 MCA, 1 MCH, 1 MCLP, and 4 AOLCP credits available.
